1. Add all ingredients (except chopped unsalted peanuts) into a bowl and mix for 1 minute on slow speed.
2. Scrape down.
3. Mix again on second speed for 4 minutes.
4. Scale at 120g into muffin tulip cases.
5. Sprinkle the top with chopped unsalted peanuts.
6. Bake at 180℃ (356℉) for 35 minutes.
