1. In a bowl, place the water, oil, egg, golden syrup and black treacle and mix together.
2. Using a beater add to the bowl Bakels Multimix Cake Base, oatmeal, ground ginger and mixed spice and mix together for 1 minute on slow speed.
3. Scrape down.
4. Beat again on slow speed for a further 2 minutes.
5. Scale approximately 5kg into an 18" x 30" baking tray.
6. Bake at 170℃ (340℉) for approximately 30-40 minutes.
