Chocolate Slice

1. Place water into a mixing bowl and blend together with dry ingredients using a beater on first speed for approximately 1 minute.
2. Add melted butter/margarine and mix on first speed for 1 minute.
3. Scrape down.
4. Continue to mix on first speed until well combined, approximately 2 minutes.
5. Press firmly into an ungreased baking tray or foil.
6. Place the tray in a cool place (ideally fridge) until the product is set, approx 1.5 hours.
7. Finish as required and cut to desired serving size.
