Method

Cake Doughnut

1. Place all of the ingredients into a spiral mixing bowl.
2. Mix on first speed for 1 minutes.
3. Mix on second speed for 2.5 minutes.
4. Rest the batter for 5 minutes before depositing.
5. Scale at 50g.
6. Fry at 180-190℃ (355-375℉) for 50 seconds each side.
