Method

1. Place water into a mixing bowl.
2. On slow speed and using whisk, rain in Instant Lemon Supreme.
3. Scrape down.
4. Mix thoroughly for approximately 2 minutes.
5. Deposit into prepared baked pastry cases.
6. Top with Bakels Meringue Topping.
7. Flash bake in oven at 205℃ (400℉).
