Fermdor R Plus is a rye-based sourdough powder, used at 1-5% on flour weight.
Delivering an extremely intense flavour and aroma, with strong fruity, malty and nutty notes. The sourdough has a characterful, fruity taste with an authentic, greenish and rustic flavour.
Acidity TTA 210-230 / pH value 3.2-3.4.
