Bun Glaze RTU

Overview

Bun Glaze RTU is a ready to use glaze for all sweet fermented goods, hot cross buns and fruit loaves etc.

Benefits include:

• Provides an excellent sheen, which is non-sticky to handle once applied.
• Ready to use from the container.
• Suitable for use with any method of application, including spray and disc glazers.
• Where it is necessary to wrap the baked goods as soon as possible after glazing, it has the added advantage of being extremely quick drying.

Bun Glaze RTU should be applied to the baked goods immediately they leave the oven.
