Dough temperature: 27C (80F)
Scaling weight: 45g (single unit)
Proof: Approximately 45-50 minutes
Bake: 12 minutes (approx.) at 220C (425F)
Note: For a richer eating product, butter can be added to a maximum of 10% on flour weight.
