Method

Add mix, flour and sugar and mix for 1 minute on slow.
Add the egg, water and oil to the mix and mix for 1 minute on slow.
Scrape down then mix for 3 minutes on medium speed.
Deposit as required into a suitable tin.
Bake at 180c - 200C for required time.
